Rebel Wolves is seeking an experienced Chief Accountant to manage the company's financial accuracy and ensure regulatory compliance. The role involves financial and tax analysis, including tax incentives and international settlements. Responsibilities include managing the full accounting process, recording cost and revenue, overseeing document flow, preparing tax declarations (VAT, CIT, WHT), coordinating month-end and year-end closings, preparing financial statements, collaborating with external institutions, creating reports for management, and participating in R&D tax relief projects. The Chief Accountant will also supervise or cooperate with the accounting team.
Must have:
  • Several years of experience in full-cycle accounting
  • Ability to work from the office 2-3 days per week
  • Practical knowledge of WHT, R&D tax relief, IP Box
  • Strong knowledge of tax and accounting regulations
  • Proficiency in Symfonia ERP system
  • High level of independence and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Communicative level of English

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Chief Accountant who will ensure the accuracy of the company's finances, maintain regulatory compliance, and provide valuable support in financial and tax analysis, including more advanced areas such as tax incentives and international settlements.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing and supervising the company’s full accounting process.
  • Recording cost and revenue documents, with allocation to cost centers and internal projects (MPK).
  • Overseeing document flow and cooperating with an external accounting office.
  • Preparing tax declarations (VAT, CIT, WHT) and reports for relevant institutions.
  • Coordinating month-end and year-end closings, reconciling balances, and preparing financial statements (in accordance with the Accounting Act and IFRS).
  • Collaborating with tax advisors, auditors, and external institutions.
  • Creating reports and analyses for management.
  • Participating in projects related to R&D tax relief, IP Box, and other tax incentives.
  • Supervising or closely cooperating with the accounting team.

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience in full-cycle accounting, including at the Chief Accountant level.
  • Ability to work from the office on a regular basis (2–3 days per week).
  • Practical knowledge of WHT, R&D tax relief, and IP Box schemes.
  • Strong knowledge of tax and accounting regulations.
  • Proficiency in the Symfonia ERP system.
  • High level of independence, diligence, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to organize work effectively.
  • Communicative level of English.

Nice to have

  • ACCA certificate.
  • CIMA certificate.
