Job Description

The Data Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and improving the architecture of data processes and pipelines. This involves preparing data from various sources, ensuring data cleansing and wrangling, and adopting best practices. The role requires writing reliable, readable, and scalable production code with a focus on testing and documentation. Collaboration and effective communication within a team environment are essential, as is a willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to new challenges. The engineer should have the ability to focus and work hard when necessary and also be able to relax and have fun. A solid understanding of advanced SQL is needed.

Must have:

Deliver production code that is reliable and scalable
Communicate and cooperate effectively within a team.
Be able to learn new things and adapt quickly.
Comfort with advanced SQL.
Experience with Python and Spark.
Comfort with Jenkins and Terraform.
Fluent communication in English.

Good to have:

Experience with Snowflake and DBT.
Experience with Java.
Comfort around Cloud (AWS preferably) tools

Job Details

What will you be doing at Miniclip?
