- Knowledge of EMC Storage SAN and NAS technologies.
- Practical experience with EMC Unity, Powerstore and Vplex.
- Experience with EMC Isilon Storage Boxes with replication technologies.
- Performance tuning and troubleshooting of DELL storage technologies.
- In-depth understanding about SAN fabrics and Host to SAN connectivity.
- Working knowledge of Fabric Switches Brocade/Directors/Enclosers.
- Knowledge of storage operations using ITIL Framework.

Job Description
- Knowledge and practical experience of EMC Storage SAN; NAS technologies and replication.
- Have a practical working knowledge EMC Unity;EMC Power store and Vplex ;EMC Isilon Storage Boxes with replication technologies.
- Provide performance tuning and troubleshooting of all DELL storage technologies.
- Performance analysis of the environment is mandatory requirement.
- In depth understanding about SAN fabrics and Host to SAN connectivity/Performance Management Configuration Management and Capacity Management
- Good working knowledge Fabric Switches Brocade/Directors/Enclosers.
- Need to have knowledge storage operations using ITIL Framework Incident Management Problem Management; Participate in Change release management Plan
- Implement routine normal complex changes Participate in CAB and TAB Raise change requests where required.
- Storage SME are responsible for Monitoring Incident and Change.Ability to lead escalations within Storage and cross platform.
