Rippling is seeking a Field Marketing Associate, Channel to scale its demand generation engine and activate benefit brokers and accountant channels. This role involves working closely with the Field Marketing team and Channel Account Executives to strengthen relationships within the broker and accountant ecosystem. The associate will be responsible for architecting and executing high-impact playbooks, creating engaging in-person and virtual experiences, and experimenting with new tactics to drive pipeline growth and ROI. Key responsibilities include project management, running scalable field playbooks, managing vendor relationships, overseeing campaign operations in Salesforce and Outreach, and analyzing performance data to optimize programs. The role also encourages innovation and the piloting of novel marketing ideas.

About the role

After becoming one of the fastest growing SaaS startups, Rippling is ready to uplevel our demand gen engine to scale to $1B in ARR over the next couple years. One of the most important drivers will be continuing to activate our benefit brokers and accountant channels.

That’s where you come in.

Working shoulder-to-shoulder with our extended Field Marketing team and lock-stepping with Channel AEs—you’ll be the connective tissue between Rippling and the relationship-driven broker and accountant ecosystem. In a business where trust is won face-to-face, your field activations will be the spark that turns partners into advocates and advocates into revenue. You’ll architect and execute high-impact playbooks, craft memorable in-person and virtual experiences, and continually experiment to find the next breakthrough tactic that scales pipeline and ROI.
