What are we looking 

Contentstack is looking for an exceptional product manager to lead our security and access initiatives across our enterprise Composable DXP/CMS platform. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the evolving security landscape, is able to define and analyze security requirements, and has demonstrated experience with RBAC, SSO, SCIM, MFA, IdP, Oauth, user administration and similar implementations and concepts. This role combines deep technical security and access expertise with solid product vision to ensure our enterprise customers can confidently manage their digital experiences while meeting strict security and compliance requirements. The PM, Security & Access will be responsible for delivering new security, authorization and access enhancements and products across the Contentstack platform and ensuring our customers can deploy them easily and reliably. 

What You'll Do

• Own Contentstack's security product strategy and roadmap, making security and access management a key differentiator for enterprise and regulated industries
• Build and execute on a vision for best-in-class security and access controls that protect customer data while maintaining an intuitive user experience
• Partner with UX, docs, marketing, growth and engineering teams to deliver high quality work
• Partner with privacy, legal, and security teams to implement robust solutions for data protection, privacy compliance, and digital sovereignty
• Drive the development of security features that help IT and security administrators confidently deploy Contentstack across their organizations
• Conduct competitive research on security capabilities to keep us ahead of the market
• Deeply understand the customer’s needs, prioritize improvements and keep up to date product roadmaps
• Work closely with our solutions architects and sales engineers to enable security-focused customer implementations
• Monitor security-related KPIs and implement data-driven improvements to our security and access posture

What Really Gets Us Excited About You

• 4+ years of product management experience with enterprise SaaS products, with a focus on security features and capabilities
• Domain expertise in data security, data privacy, encryption, access control, authentication and user administration technologies and concepts
• Strong technical acumen with knowledge of MFA, SSO, SCIM, IdP, Oauth, RBAC, REST APIs, GraphQL, and modern web development architectures and concepts
• Experience working with enterprise security teams and understanding their requirements
• Track record of delivering successful security features that balance protection with usability
• Ability to translate complex security concepts into simple, actionable requirements
• Experience partnering with engineering leadership on technical security implementations
• Insatiable curiosity about the future of web security, SaaS, DXP and access controls
• Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate security concepts to various audiences
