[Strategic HR Partnership]
- Design people strategies aligning with business goals.
- Provide guidance to managers on organizational design, performance management, team effectiveness, and talents development.
- Collaborate with regional people team to localize and implement global HR policies and initiatives.
[Team Management & Functional Oversight]
- Lead and coach HR full-function team, including HRBP, Recruitment, C&B, Employee relations, L&D, admin, etc.
[HR Programs & Project Management]
- Oversee the execution and enhancement of key HR programs, e.g., MA program, performance review, engagement survey, total rewards, onboarding, etc.
- Lead or support regional and cross-functional projects to improve employee experience, retention, and workplace operations.
- Use quantitative and qualitative data analysis skills to identify potential opportunities of improvement for our team and people. Able to extract actionable insights from the data surface and give strong evidence to help business leaders make effective decisions.

[What we're looking for]
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on HR experience, with at least 1 year in a managerial or team lead role.
- Strong HRBP or generalist background across key HR functions (e.g., business partnering, recruitment, employee relations, learning & development) supporting business leaders.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with stakeholders and provide sound HR advisory.
- Familiar with Taiwan labor law.
- Proficiency in English for cross-regional collaboration.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with strong problem-solving skills.

- Major in human resources, psychology and business administration.
