We are looking for a talented IT Support Administrator to join our IT Support Department, which is responsible for the technical maintenance of office equipment, information security, and for managing and upgrading workstations of Plarium employees.
The successful candidate will join a team of nine specialists working in Lviv and Warsaw and interact with all the studio departments.
Providing technical support for employees working in different countries and offices
Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting both hardware and software on user workstations (Windows and macOS)
Installing, configuring, and carrying out preventive maintenance on office equipment
Setting up iOS and Android mobile devices
Testing new software and office equipment
Undertaking maintenance for audio and video equipment (including projectors, smart TVs, and other media devices)
At least 2 years of relevant work experience
Experience administering Microsoft Intune
Experience working with Windows and macOS
Knowledge of computer architecture
Experience assembling and configuring computers to carry out different roles
Experience servicing laptops and other office equipment
English language skills at the intermediate level
Experience with installing and configuring 2D and 3D graphics editors
Knowledge of general aspects of software licensing
Experience purchasing spare parts and keeping warehouse records
Experience administering in JAMF
Basic knowledge of network technologies and domain networks (DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP, and Group Policies)
