As a Junior Technical Product Manager at Fanatee, you'll be a key player in improving the world-renowned word game, Stop. Working closely with the Head of Product, you'll focus on content excellence, data-driven insights, and efficient production. Responsibilities include enhancing game content, collaborating with global editors, implementing AI tools, analyzing performance metrics, identifying improvement opportunities, organizing workflows, executing roadmaps, and ensuring seamless cross-team communication. You'll contribute directly to a game enjoyed by millions, in a dynamic and collaborative setting.
Must have:
- Product/Project Management exp (game dev preferred)
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication (written & verbal)
- AI tool familiarity
- Word game passion
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
Good to have:
- Python & SQL for data analysis
- Experience with HTTP requests and APIs
- Database handling & data cleanup
- Prompt engineering & generative AI knowledge

Job Details
Stop is one of the world’s most beloved and innovative word games — and we’re looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset: self-starter with a curious, hands-on, and analytical, to join our Product team as a Junior Technical Product Manager.
In this role, you’ll have a strategic seat at the table, acting as the right hand of the Head of Product. You'll work at the intersection of content, data, and operations, helping improve the quality and processes behind the game’s content, uncover insights through analytics, and ensure smooth and efficient production.

Key Responsibilities
Content Excellence
Support the development and continuous improvement of the game’s content
Work with editors and freelancers around the world to ensure high quality, consistency, and innovation
Help implement and improve content creation and review processes
Use AI tools to create, validate, and enrich game content
Data & Insights
Analyze performance metrics for content and game mechanics
Identify improvement opportunities based on player behavior and data
Provide actionable insights to support product strategy and decision-making
Production Organization
Support the organization of workflows within the content team
Help execute the roadmap and ensure deadlines are met
Act as a bridge between different teams, promoting clear and efficient communication
Assist in removing blockers and improving day-to-day operations
Requirements
Experience in product or project management, preferably in game development
Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with AI tools and their practical applications
Fluency in English
Passion for word games, especially Stop
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field
Preferred Skills
Python and SQL for data analysis
Experience with HTTP requests and working with APIs
Database handling and data cleanup
Prompt engineering and knowledge of generative AI models
