Job Description

The Marketing Analytics Specialist will be responsible for analyzing data to drive marketing insights and improve campaign effectiveness. This role involves working with various data sources, ensuring data accuracy, performing analysis, and generating insights related to customers, campaigns, and the competitive landscape. Key responsibilities include marketing data analytics, data quality and integrity, reporting and visualization, advanced data analysis and modeling, and innovation and recommendations. The specialist will collaborate with the marketing team to deliver actionable insights by analyzing and visualizing data from various sources, improving data quality and building reports and dashboards to monitor key marketing metrics.
Must have:
  • 5+ years in marketing analytics or data science.
  • Advanced SQL skills.
  • Proficiency with Python, R, or other programming languages.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Familiarity with Hubspot, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Strong ability to analyze and interpret complex data.
  • Ability to effectively communicate data findings and insights.

Position Overview

We are seeking an analytically minded, data-driven individual contributor to support our Marketing Analytics team. This role will play a crucial part in harnessing data to drive marketing insights, improve campaign effectiveness, and support strategic decision-making. You will work closely with various data sources, ensuring data accuracy, performing analysis, and generating insights that enhance our understanding of customers, campaigns, and the competitive landscape.

objECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Marketing Data Analytics – Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver actionable insights by analyzing and visualizing data from CRM systems, social media platforms, and third-party sources. Use data science techniques to uncover trends, measure campaign performance, and support targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Data Quality and Integrity – Proactively improve data quality by identifying gaps, cleansing datasets, and implementing data governance best practices. Ensure that our CRM data is reliable and can support advanced analytics efforts.
  • Reporting and Visualization – Build and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor key marketing metrics. Provide regular updates on campaign performance, customer segmentation, and market trends to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
  • Advanced Data Analysis and Modeling – Use statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques to analyze marketing data. Apply these methods to develop customer segmentation strategies, propensity models, and other analytics solutions to support marketing goals.
  • Innovation and Recommendations – As part of the Marketing Analytics team, bring innovative ideas to improve our ability to leverage data for deeper marketing insights. Recommend new data sources, tools, and technologies that can enhance analytics capabilities.

What You Will bring:

  • Experience – 5+ years in a marketing analytics or data science role, with a focus on using data to drive marketing decisions. Proven experience with data analysis, statistical methods, and data visualization.
  • Technical Skills – Advanced SQL skills; proficiency with Python, R, or other programming languages for data analysis. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • CRM and Marketing Tools – Familiarity with Hubspot, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, along with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar data sources.
  • Analytical Mindset – Strong ability to gather, analyze, and interpret complex data to provide actionable insights. Keen attention to detail and a commitment to data quality.
  • Communication Skills – Ability to effectively communicate data findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Skilled in creating compelling data presentations and reports.
  • Self-Starter – Must be proactive and resourceful, with the ability to independently drive data projects and initiatives.

education:

  • Master’s in an analytics oriented field (e.g., computer science, statistics, marketing analytics, business analytics).
