What would you do? • The primary function of this role is to plan develop and execute a promotions and sponsorships activation initiatives that will support the growth objective of the business, while enhancing brand equity of the concerned brand. This role will work with channel managers, marketing effectiveness specialist, brand and comms team and sales to make sure activations have a strong ROI and are aligned with strategy brand and communication strategies. • This role will also work closely with global sponsorship, category management team, leverage industry trends, consumer insights to be able to design promotions and activations that will have a high positive impact on the business. • This role requires a deep understanding of the market, consumer behavior, competitive dynamics. The person in this role will be responsible for managing budget, analyzing program and activations performance and untapping insights and learnings to optimize future programs. .
What are we looking for? • Communication skills - this role requires communicating effectively, so strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must for success • Analytical abilities - analyze data, observe trends, and report and evaluate the success and effectiveness of promotions, which requires strong analytical abilities • Teamwork - collaborate with a team and other departments or external contacts. • Organization skills - work with different colleagues and teams on multiple projects at one time, so the ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized is essential • University degree in Marketing or related discipline • MBA or equivalent post graduate degree desirable • Minimum 5 years of experience of relevant marketing experience required with a strong track record of business results and organizational leadership. Experience in the auto space preferred. • Strong track record of developing and executing plans, identifying and implementing new opportunities, measuring and delivering results • Strong creative and conceptual thinking ability to set a vision, identify new opportunities, develop new ways of working, pinpoint solutions to complex problems and overcome obstacles • Advanced analytical skills with ability to mine data for understanding and insight and to optimize based on results • Experience working with media agencies and sponsorships, preferred
Roles and Responsibilities: • Develops and implement promotions and sponsorship activations that are aligned with company strategy. • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of promotional and sponsorship activations. • Develop and manages the budget to support the activities. • Foster a very strong relationship with sponsors and partners to make sure we maximize the opportunity for growth. • Activate sponsorships and promotions at trade shows and other industry events • Creates, executes and analyzes all ideas in order to lead with strongest ideas in all retailers.
