Player Support Agent at TransPerfect Gaming Solutions

TransPerfect Gaming Solutions is seeking a Player Support Agent to join our Production department. As a Player Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our players through various channels, including email, chat, and phone.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, collaborating with other professionals to ensure our players have the best possible gaming experience. You will be responsible for resolving player issues, answering questions, and providing guidance on game features and functionality.

The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work well under pressure. You should be comfortable working with a variety of gaming platforms and have a passion for gaming and the gaming industry.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to players through email, chat, and phone

Job Requirements for Player Support Agent at TransPerfect Gaming Solutions

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for gaming, and a desire to provide exceptional customer service.

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and Japanese
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
  • Passion for gaming and knowledge of popular gaming platforms
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
