About the role
The Production Coordinator is responsible for scheduling workloads for designated areas on the production. A key aspect of this role is to ensure deliveries remain on schedule and that retakes are completed in a timely fashion.

Key Responsibilities
- Schedule the Director's /Art Director's workloads.
- Manage the Episodic Directors’ /Supervisor's schedule.
- Manage weekly asset assignments, maintain tracking documents, keep the asset database up to date with all necessary information, and feed accurate reports to the Production Manager/Line Producer.
- Download assets from the service studio, use the studio tracking system to help track all asset deliveries and ensure all have been reviewed, and the feedback is sent by the deadline.
- Send assets and episodes to the client for review, follow up on the feedback, and/or any pushback emails.
- Arrange weekly internal reviews of design meetings/animation pass/compositing/production handover meetings.
- Arrange weekly creative meetings with the service studio and Directors.
- Maintain on-schedule deliveries across all departments.
- Assist in measuring the level of approved pre-production design/ animation/backgrounds/compositing in line with approved deadlines;
- Prepare and send weekly shipments/deliveries to the clients and service studio.
- Manage post-production deliveries, if applicable, and ensure the post-production tracker is up to date on deliveries to the composer/sound team and that the client deliveries have been delivered.
- Coordinate any quality control fails from the Clients, if applicable, and ensure any retakes are given priority in the studio to ensure the contracted delivery date is not affected.
- Assist the Production Manager with any additional requests from the publicity teams and clients.
- The requirement is to engage in continual improvement training as deemed needed by the company, your lead, or your supervisor.
- As part of your continuous development, you are expected to keep up to date with the latest initiatives and developments in your area of expertise/role, such as (but not limited to) training, learning and development initiatives, and mentoring.
- Any other duties company management may from time to time deem necessary and reasonably require.
What would we look for?
- Candidate must have at least 1 year’s experience in animation, as part of a production team.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Capable of motivating and leading teams with enthusiasm.
- Comfortable working to tight deadlines.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and Google Docs.
- Knowledge of Ftrack asset tracking and database software is a distinct advantage.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Must be flexible, willing to learn, and self-motivated.
