Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement & Delivery: Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of strategic consulting projects across areas such as but not limited to:
Go-to-market strategy
Market sizing and opportunity assessment
Product launch planning
Competitive intelligence and landscape assessments
Portfolio strategy and life cycle management
- Project Planning and Management: Develop detailed project plans, including defining project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely and quality delivery of consulting projects.
- Stakeholder and Client Management: Act as the day-to-day point of contact for senior stakeholders – internal & external, maintaining regular communication, managing expectations & ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle with high-quality deliverables with clear, actionable insights
- Team Coordination & leadership: Guide, mentor & motivate junior analysts, consultants, ensuring effective collaboration, high-quality deliverables & building a collaborative feedback mechanism built on mutual respect & focused on capability building & knowledge sharing within the team
- Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify potential risks, develop mitigation plans, and manage unforeseen issues to minimize impact on project outcomes.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables adhere to the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and compliance with both company and client-specific guidelines.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and deliver clear, concise status reports and presentations to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to refining project management methodologies, bring in agile ways of working & processes within the organization, sharing best practices and lessons learned.
- Ad Hoc support: Ideate & provide appropriate solutions by creating a tailored approach for each of the business problems. Additionally manage solutions & delivery of ad-hoc market research market assessment, therapy area, market access, SDR projects
- Thought Leadership: Lead & support development of following
Frameworks methodologies & strategic POVs relevant to life sciences
1-2 pager marketing collaterals or pre-sales materials for various executed projects to be used as leave behinds for potential clients
Author whitepapers or participate in conferences as needed
Profile:
This position requires a highly self-motivated & experienced Senior Manager to lead strategic engagements for our pharmaceutical and life sciences clients. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter & bring a strong mix of consulting expertise, life sciences knowledge, and client management skills. You will be responsible for leading project delivery, managing client relationships, mentoring junior analysts & consultants & contributing to business growth. Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical & biotech industry, including commercial models, global markets, and product lifecycles is a must. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing organization will be crucial for self & organizational progress.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, pharmacy, or any life science related field is preferred; a Master's degree is a must, in pharma, biotech or any other life science domain. MBA is preferred.
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in pharma sector (generic operations, R&D, commercial development, sales & marketing) or market research firms or advisory & consulting space, with a focus on TA landscape analysis, Competitive intelligence, commercial strategy development, opportunity assessments, early product portfolio assessment, forecast development etc
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis & visualization tools & methodologies like excel power-BI tableau, etc, with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights
- Productivity skills: Ability to use AI platforms & tools to enhance quality & quantity of deliverable enabling scaling of delivery from Bangalore team
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage >1 projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools is a plus.

Important Requirement:

- Medicine/Pharma industry/ Consulting industry
- Graduate: B. Pharmacy/ Biotech or any other life science or technical degree
- Post graduate: MBA or M. Pharma / Masters in data analytics
