Job Description

The Sales Representative will generate demand and sell Trackman products in the Houston & East Texas region. Responsibilities include demonstrating products to PGA professionals, private individuals, facility owners, and other golf industry segments; preparing proposals and managing orders; providing customer training and support; testing products and providing feedback to development teams; and developing sales strategies. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of consultative sales experience, understands sales and marketing strategies, and possesses strong communication and presentation skills. The role involves managing time effectively, building relationships, and overcoming objections. Knowledge of Trackman solutions, Salesforce CRM, and Microsoft Office is preferred. The position is hybrid, requiring 50% travel.

As a Trackman Representative, you will demonstrate and sell Trackman products and services within the Houston and East Texas region.


Trackman is a fast-growing sports technology company that develops, manufactures, and sells 3D ball flight measurement systems for a variety of sports verticals. Originally developed for golf, Trackman now enjoys a market leader position in several sports disciplines in measuring and delivering real-time sports motion data.


Job Description

  • Demand sales generation through cooperation with the local PGA professionals and facilities, Private Individuals for in-home Simulator use, Indoor Facility owners, and other Golf Industry related Segments
  • Product demonstrations, meetings, and proposals to all Industry client segments
  • Ensure the highest customer satisfaction through ongoing training and service
  • Proposal preparation and order administration
  • Customer training and 1st level support
  • Product testing and provision of feedback to our software and hardware development teams
  • Development and continuous improvement of your territory’s sales strategies

Job requirements

The ideal candidate:

  • 3+ years experience in a consultative sales approach
  • Understanding of developing and applying sales and marketing strategies
  • Personal drive, self-starter with demonstrated willingness to go the extra mile
  • Build and maintain relationships easily
  • Persuade others by being trustworthy and enthusiastic
  • Demonstrate perseverance, and cope well with rejection
  • Manage your own time effectively and efficiently
  • Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills
  • Analyze problems and provides well-thought-through solutions
  • Does not let anything slip through the cracks (attention to details)
  • Consider other’s views and demonstrates listening skills.
  • A strong network in the local golf industry
  • Knowledge of Trackman Data and Software solutions, Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Office, and Windows 10+ configurations.


Anticipated Start Date: As soon as workable for the selected candidate -- ideally March-April 2025.

The compensation plan consists of a fixed salary, commissions based on performance, and a bonus plan. An Individual Health Insurance with an optional Dental plan will also be provided. Benefits package including 401k, cell phone, and personal home internet is also available. You will benefit from onboard training and continuous coaching. You will be working out of your home office in the territory and travel 50% of the time.
