Job Description

Ramboll, a foundation-owned people company from Denmark with over 18,000 experts in 35 countries, seeks a Senior HR Coordinator. This role involves handling HR Operations related queries and requests from employees and managers, providing general employee life cycle support, and maintaining employee data in Workday for transactions like promotions, transfers, and contract extensions. The position also requires supporting the Team Lead in transitioning operational tasks, auditing team performance, managing queues in ServiceNow, and assisting with documentation, SOP updates, and the creation of training materials. The ideal candidate will ensure daily deliverables are met within agreed timelines and SLAs, and participate in update calls with country and Global HR Ops teams.

  • MBA in HR or equivalent
  • Business understanding of HR processes
  • 4-7 years of HR Shared services experience
  • Knowledge of HR tools (Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP)
  • Experience in a multinational company
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS (Workday)
  • Experience in HR Shared Service centres
  • Experience in a global matrixed organization
  • Able to take initiative and act with confidence
  • Service-minded with focus on customer service
  • Systematic and structured work style with focus on details

Job Description

•Handling request and tickets for HR Operations related queries from employees and managers for the countries to which Global HR Operations is providing services.

•General Employee Life Cycle support for the countries transitioned or with no local HR department

•Maintaining data in Workday pertaining to employee life cycle such as Promotion, Transfer, Contract extension, Title change, Probation & other job change transactions.

•Providing support to Team Lead in successful transition of Operational tasks.

•Assist team lead with Auditing the tasks performed by the team

•Queue management in servicenow

•Assist Team lead with documentation creation and SOP Updation.

•Assist Team Lead to Create and maintain quick guides, step by step guides and other training material for team to refer.

•Ensure all daily deliverables are done as per agreed timelines

•Ensure strong adherence to defined Turnaround time and SLA.

•Participate in weekly/ Monthly update calls with Countries and Global HR Ops Team.

Qualifications

-MBA in HR or any other stream .

-Business understanding of HR processes end-to-end.

-More than 4-7 years of experience of HR Shared services. Knowledge of any HR tool (Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP or similar).
