The Senior Product Manager, Creator Acquisition will join a global team of Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and Marketers. This role involves owning the roadmap and delivering high-impact initiatives to drive traffic, conversion, and long-term activation of event creators, focusing on scalable growth opportunities and optimizing the acquisition journey through data and experimentation.
Must have:
  • Define and execute roadmap for creator acquisition, traffic growth, and activation
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives (Product, Marketing, Engineering)
  • Partner with SEO, Paid Marketing, Brand, and Web teams
  • Develop and optimize onboarding entry points and flows for new creators
  • Design and run experiments to validate hypotheses
  • Collaborate with analytics and research to understand user behavior
  • Monitor performance, set success metrics, and iterate based on results and insights
  • Communicate strategy, progress, and impact clearly to stakeholders and leadership
  • 5+ years of product management experience
  • At least 2 years in growth or acquisition-related roles
  • Proven track record of driving user growth through SEO, onboarding, and conversion optimizations
  • Strong strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution and experimentation mindset
  • Deep understanding of user funnels and behavior metrics
  • Experience working on cross-functional initiatives
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence
  • A user-first mentality and a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with changing priorities
  • Expert in using analytics tools, including essential SQL and A/B testing
  • Be located in Spain

THE TEAM

You’ll be joining a global team of experienced and talented Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and Marketers focused on building products that empower creators and connect them with new audiences.

The Creator Acquisition team is the link between Product and Marketing, responsible for helping new creators discover Eventbrite, onboard successfully, and find early value in the platform. Our mission is to grow our active creator base across channels and markets while ensuring a strong product-market fit.

THE ROLE

Eventbrite is looking for a Senior Product Manager, located in Spain, to lead our Creator Acquisition product team. You will own the roadmap and delivery of high-impact initiatives that drive traffic, conversion, and long-term activation of event creators. Your work will span SEO, marketing landing pages, onboarding touchpoints, and the unlogged user experience, in close partnership with Engineering, Marketing, Design, and Data.

You will focus on identifying and executing scalable growth opportunities to help creators discover Eventbrite, understand its value, and convert into successful users. You'll help define how we attract creators across verticals and geographies and continuously optimize the acquisition journey through data, experimentation, and iteration.

YOU WILL

  • Define and execute a roadmap focused on driving creator acquisition, traffic growth, and activation.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives that sit at the intersection of Product, Marketing, and Engineering.
  • Partner closely with SEO, Paid Marketing, Brand, and Web teams to maximize traffic and conversion impact.
  • Develop and optimize onboarding entry points and flows for new creators across channels and surfaces.
  • Design and run experiments to validate hypotheses and measure the effectiveness of acquisition levers.
  • Collaborate with analytics and research to understand user behavior, motivations, and barriers.
  • Monitor performance, set success metrics, and iterate based on results and insights.
  • Communicate strategy, progress, and impact clearly to stakeholders and leadership.

THE SKILLSET

  • 5 + years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in growth or acquisition-related roles.
  • Proven track record of driving user growth through SEO, onboarding, and conversion optimizations.
  • Strong strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution and experimentation mindset.
  • Deep understanding of user funnels and behavior metrics, with the ability to identify drop-offs and opportunities.
  • Experience working on cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across functions and seniority levels.
  • A user-first mentality and a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with changing priorities.
  • Expert in using analytics tools, including essential SQL and A/B testing.
  • Be located in Spain.
