We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Senior Staff Analog Design Engineer to join our growing team in Edinburgh. In this role, you will lead a team of analog and mixed-signal designers to develop industry-leading mixed-signal SoCs for consumer markets. You will be part of an organization at the forefront of cutting-edge technology.

Responsibilities:

Lead a team of Analog Design engineers responsible for developing complex mixed-signal products, focusing on sensor interfaces, data converters, and signal-processing ICs using advanced process nodes and power-efficient techniques.
As an Analog Lead, contribute to every phase of the design process, from specification and architecture to transistor-level design, simulation, modeling, layout supervision, verification, and final product delivery.
Provide strong leadership, conduct design reviews, and mentor junior engineers to drive successful project outcomes.
Work closely with cross-functional teams from pre-silicon (digital design, verification, physical design, custom layout, system, and modeling) to post-silicon (validation, product testing, and quality assurance) functions to ensure successful project outcomes and smooth transition to mass production.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with in-depth knowledge of analog and mixed-signal design.
Experience leading analog design teams and taking products from concept to mass production.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent organizational skills, and strong communication skills.

This position is based in our Edinburgh office. It is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work from home, depending on business needs. Candidates must live within a commutable distance or be willing to relocate.
