  • Push creative boundaries while maintaining clarity, cohesion, and consistency across everything we write
  • Mentor and guide other writers and collaborators across the org, helping to uplevel the quality of writing and strategic thinking
  • Act as a steward of the brand voice, ensuring it adapts appropriately across audiences, platforms, and formats
  • Tackle projects ranging from naming and product launches to major brand moments and video scripts

  • 12+ years of experience as a hands-on copywriter working in the marketing and/or advertising space
  • An exceptionally strong portfolio that spans brand campaigns, digital, and product marketing, ideally within the tech or SaaS space
  • A combination of strong craft foundations with laser-sharp strategic thinking underpinning all your work
  • A deep understanding of storytelling, tone, and the customer journey, and how to tailor language for impact and resonance at every stage
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
  • A humble, team-first attitude and the confidence to advocate for bold ideas when it matters
  • Has a demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, proactively manages tasks and priorities across multiple projects, analyzes and executes work efficiently, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
  • Embody our EAGER values—is ethical, adaptable, gritty, empathetic, and remarkable.
  • Be inspired by our MOVE principles: move fast and learn faster; obsess about creating customer value; value impact over activity; and embrace healthy disagreement rooted in trust.
