Job Summary

Job Description

Develop shaders for game 3DCG, especially for characters. Handle general technical tasks in game graphic production, including researching and proposing graphic expression methods, and performing 3D artist duties.
Must have:
  • Producing physical-based shaders using real-time rendering
  • Producing multi-functional shaders with special effects (e.g., animation changes)
  • Finalizing deliverables and adjusting quality
  • Building pipelines and optimizing rendering quality for medium to large teams
Good to have:
  • Knowledge of graphics code and generation based on mathematics and physics
  • Experience in effect production using tools like Houdini

  • Experience in finalizing deliverables and quality adjustment
  • Practical experience in pipeline construction and rendering quality/optimization, anticipating operation in medium to large teams

Desirable Experience

  • Knowledge of graphics code and generation based on mathematics and physics
  • Experience in effect production using tools like Houdini

Negotiable

  • Salary review generally once a year

Working Hours

Discretionary labor system or 10:00~18:45

*Working hours are generally based on a 10:00 start time and are left to individual discretion.

Holidays

Complete 2-day weekend system (Saturday and Sunday) and public holidays, summer vacation, year-end and New Year holidays, paid leave, congratulatory and condolence leave.
