This role involves managing and maintaining SIEM systems. The candidate will need expert-level knowledge of QRadar, Securonix, Microsoft Sentinel, and Splunk, along with security logging experience for Linux, Windows, EDRs, Firewalls, and Active Directory. Responsibilities include providing support for SIEM platforms, acting as a point of escalation, assisting with client onboarding, explaining SIEM products, providing remote consulting, and developing SIEM content. The role requires troubleshooting, problem-solving, and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of experience in related fields.

We are seeking a skilled professional who have experience managing and maintaining SIEM systems. Expert-level knowledge of QRadar / Securonix/ Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk and associated products. In-depth knowledge of security logging for Linux, Windows, major EDRs, Firewalls, & Active Directory. Experience with installing and configuring (settings) QRadar /Securonix/ Microsoft Sentinel.

How you’ll make an impact

• Provide support for IBM QRadar /Securonix/ Microsoft Sentinel and Splunk Platforms

• Act as a point of escalation for other Engineers (Associate SIEM Engineer & SIEM Engineer) and     provide guidance and mentoring.

• Assist with client transition and onboarding serve as primary point of contact for Managed Security Service clients.

• Explain and demonstrate how to use SIEM, QRadar, Sentinel and Securonix, products to both technical and relatively non-technical personnel.

• Provide remote consulting services via interactive client sessions to assist with implementation of multiple product vendors and technologies.

• Implement, configure, and maintain SIEM software and appliance-based products in large enterprise and Government environments.

• Develop, deploy and tune SIEM content such as correlation rules, dashboards, reports, and models.

• Provide escalation support to Tier 1 and 2 for Authorized Support Customers, following processes and interacting appropriately with both customers and partners when required.

• Experience with various SIEM security products such as: Microsoft Sentinel, Exabeam, Splunk, LogRhythm, Securonix, Elastic, QRadar,  SumoLogic, and infrastructure components such as proxies, firewalls, IDS/IPS, DLP etc.

• Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
