主要工作职责:

4. 实施销售策略: 根据市场需求和公司战略,实施具体的门店销售计划和促销活动,以推动销售增
长。
5. 市场反馈收集: 定期收集市场和客户反馈,分析销售数据,及时调整销售策略以应对市场变化。
6. 跨部门协作: 与市场、产品及库存管理团队密切合作,确保资源整合和信息共享,以优化门店运
营。
7. 编制报告: 准备并提交门店销售报告,定期向地区销售经理汇报销售进展、市场动态及问题解决
方案,以支持决策。

• 人员管理:7-10 个门店的销售代表

• 决策范围和影响程度: 涉及门店销售策略执行和资源分配,影响门店销售业绩及客户满意度。

• 文化程度: 本科及以上学历
• 任职经验: 3 年以上零售或销售管理经验,有门店管理经验者优先
• 专业知识/技能: 具备良好的销售策略制定能力和团队管理经验
• 计算机及外语水平: 熟练使用 Office 操作软件,尤其是 Excel,有英语沟通能力者优先
