Job Description

As a Venture Strategy Intern at Voodoo, you'll work closely with the Venture Manager on strategy and operations, contributing to the development of a new venture from the ground up. Responsibilities include sourcing and negotiating deals, managing a pipeline of social app teams, coaching them on product launches, and supporting management with market research, user interviews, and data analysis. The role demands strong analytical skills, a growth-hacker mentality, and collaborative teamwork within a fast-paced startup environment. Experience with the mobile growth ecosystem is a plus. This is a 6-month internship based in Paris.

Team

Our Strategy & Operations team is a small and top-performing team. We work on high priority projects across the organization, such as identifying new business opportunities, leading teams, and fixing operational and performance issues. In this team, you will lead complex initiatives to ensure we achieve our goals. All team members enjoy great autonomy in identifying problems, carrying out analysis, designing solutions and implementing them, whilst collaborating with teams across Voodoo organization.

Role

Work closely with the Venture Manager on strategy and operations and help build this new venture from the ground up
Source and negotiate deals, manage your own pipeline of social app teams, and coach them in launching new products
Support top management with market research, user interviews, and ad-hoc analyses

Profile

Last year or gap year of a Tier 1 business or engineering school (Master Grande École).
6 months internship - Paris based.
You’re a collaborative team player with adaptability in a startup environment.
You have a growth hacker mentality with a data-driven and structured approach.
Familiarity with the mobile growth ecosystem is a plus.
You’re fluent in English.
