They will also work closely with clients to provide effective advertising solutions.

At TelevisaUnivision, we are looking for an Advertising Sales Manager (Offline Media) to join our Multiplatform Sales team.

The TelevisaUnivision multiplatform sales team in Mexico is dedicated to selling the advertising inventory of our various services, with a focus on the Latin audience. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing sales strategies and maximizing advertising revenue, working closely with marketing, data analysis, content production teams, and advertising agencies to amplify and distribute campaigns across our multiple platforms. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and offer effective advertising solutions that resonate with the Latin audience.

About you:

Your day to day:

  • Strategic Key Account Management
  • Supervise and develop relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term growth.
  • Portfolio performance analysis
  • Periodically evaluate the performance of each client (revenue, frequency, type of advertising), identifying opportunities for improvement or risk of churn.
  • Personalized commercial consulting
  • Act as a business advisor for clients, proposing advertising solutions aligned with their marketing and sales objectives.
  • Client growth plan design
  • Create specific strategies to increase the investment of each account, either through cross-selling (other formats) or up-selling (premium spaces).
  • Offline media mix optimization
  • Recommend combinations of formats (radio, press, billboards, etc.) that maximize campaign impact according to the client's profile.
  • After-sales follow-up and feedback
  • Ensure campaigns are executed correctly, collect client feedback, and adjust future proposals based on results.
  • Portfolio segmentation and prioritization
  • Classify clients by strategic value (growth potential, profitability, affinity with the medium) to allocate resources and efforts efficiently.

If you have:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position in the advertising industry.
  • High Impact Presence
  • Ability to project confidence, leadership, and professionalism in any environment, whether in-person or virtual. This presence inspires credibility and motivates both the team and clients.
  • Comprehensive Knowledge of Media Platforms
  • Mastery of traditional media (TV, radio, press) and digital media (social networks, programmatic, streaming, etc.), as well as understanding how to integrate them into effective campaigns.
  • Strategic Sales and Negotiation Skills
  • Ability to design personalized sales strategies, close complex deals, and maintain long-term commercial relationships with key clients.
  • Leadership and Management of Multidisciplinary Teams
  • Experience in leading sales, marketing, and content teams, fostering collaboration and objective achievement in dynamic environments.
  • Data Analysis and Performance Metrics
  • Ability to interpret KPIs, audience metrics, and campaign data to optimize results and make evidence-based decisions.
