As a Customer Success Manager at Kyruus Health, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, building long-term relationships and acting as a partner and advocate. You will help customers through various communication methods, develop trusted advisor relationships, set up and maintain routine calls, communicate progress, forecast metrics, identify expansion opportunities, and ensure high customer satisfaction. You will also work with the Implementations Team for smooth transitions and manage communication between the customer and internal teams. The role involves responding to client emails, and maintaining the Kyruus Health Google calendar. You will be responsible for ensuring that the clients are having a good experience.
