We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Jersey City, NJ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent support to our clients, resolving inquiries efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction with every interaction. Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and support tickets in a timely and professional manner
