Job Description

The e-Commerce Business Analyst will primarily focus on business analysis and communication with the system development team, including user interface and application module management. Key responsibilities involve analyzing user requirements, creating documentation for business and development teams, and monitoring/testing new developments. The role requires a Bachelor's Degree in IT/MIS, strong bilingual proficiency in English and Korean, and essential skills in system analysis, XML, documentation, critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication. Preferred skills include experience in business process analysis, ERP logistics, SQL, and e-commerce.
Must have:
  • Analyze user requirements
  • Create documents to communicate between business user and development team
  • Monitor and test for new development

  • Bilingual (English + Korean): Must be able to read, write and speak in both
  • System analysis ability and knowledge of system interface include XML
  • Knowledge in generating system and business process documentation
  • Critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving, prioritizing, time management skills required
  • Effective interpersonal skills to work cooperatively with co-workers and other staff
  • Strong communication-both oral and written to convey information in a clear and concise manner
Good to have:
  • 1+ year of business process analysis experience
  • Sales or logistics experience related e-Commerce System experience
  • Strong business process related analysis and consultation skills
  • Ability to lead and guide clients
  • Knowledge of ERP Logistics
  • General logistics and supply chain-related processes
  • Basic knowledge of SQL
  • Web system management
  • Proven ability to multi-task and maintain organized handling multiple clients
  • Strong aptitude to work within deadlines both independently and as part of a team
  • Retail or Ecommerce experience or an internship within e-commerce
