Coordinate material production with partners and agencies for videos, key visuals, digital content, and network/dealership assets. Manage social media content production (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok) according to the editorial calendar and brand key moments. Manage the partner agency for organic content curation, briefing, scripting, and production, which can also be used for media initiatives. Manage the brand's influencer and creator program: profile identification, negotiation, briefing, monitoring, and measurement. Monitor and analyze awareness, engagement, traffic, leads, and conversion indicators with tools like analytics and social listening. Prepare monthly and regional executive reports with insights and performance-based recommendations. Support the development of branded content projects and visibility actions for brand products. Ensure all product content complies with local, regional, and global guidelines and aligns with product attributes and territories. Act as a liaison between the local and regional team for strategy alignment, deliveries, and best practices. Collaborate with internal areas like Media, CRM, Product, Legal, and Dealerships, promoting integrated deliveries.
