The Commercial Channel group in Spain, integrated within HP's Commercial Organisation, plays a strategic role in executing the business through the partner ecosystem. The team manages the relationships with the main corporate partners in the country, classified as ‘Power’ within the HP Amplify programme. This category represents partners with the greatest capacity for value generation, innovation and market coverage.
The group's mission is to drive joint growth by working closely with partners, providing access to marketing tools, specialised training, competitive compensation models and solutions adapted to new work environments. In addition, the team leads key initiatives such as the transformation towards contractual and service models, the adoption of omni-channel strategies and the integration of sustainability criteria through HP Amplify Impact.
What will you do?
We are looking for a recent Graduate to join the team and:
- Partner business development: work closely with a seniors to drive sales of Computing and Services solutions.
- Business planning: designing and executing collaborative sales plans including strategies, targets, tactical actions, investments and tracking mechanisms.
- Management of commercial and marketing relationships: participating in regular meetings with the Partners' sales and marketing teams, identifying joint opportunities and aligning commercial objectives
What we are looking for?
Work experience is not required, but appropriate internships related to the job content would be a plus.
- University education in technological or economic areas: Degrees in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or similar, with an interest in the technological and commercial environment will be an advantage.
- Native spanish
- High level of English (minimum B2/C1): Essential to participate in meetings with regional (SEMA) and global (WW) HP teams, both face-to-face and virtual.
- Knowledge of office tools: Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and other collaborative tools (Teams, SharePoint, etc.) for analysis, presentations and monitoring of plans.
- Communication and teamwork skills: Ability to interact with internal and external teams, including Partners' sales and marketing departments.
- Results orientation and commercial mindset: Motivation to develop business, identify opportunities and contribute to the growth of Computing and Services sales.
