IT Support Engineer

Role: IT Engineer 

Location: Remote working until further notice 

About the role: 

In a highly competitive and saturated marketplace creating visually stunning, impactful and effective creative work is essential. We want to create industry-leading, world class work that’s truly beautiful, smart, and effective.    

You will be providing technology services. You will take briefs from the client and therefore the role demands a consistent and accurate approach fulfil the brief within agreed timescales. Taking personal responsibility for time management and the completion of timesheets are all important requirements. 

What you will be doing: 

• Provide 1st-level support for SaaS products, Oliver Marketing Gateway (OMG), PCs, Macs, and printers. 

• Escalate and resolve issues, manage Office 365 and cloud systems. 

• Configure new laptops, install software, maintain security updates. 

• Handle user moves, maintain equipment logs, manage software licenses. 

• Support Mac OSX, Windows 10, and Windows 7. 

• Utilize Casper and Team Viewer for remote management. 

• Support new implementations, aid in solution analysis. 

• Stay updated on ICT developments, maintain routine processes. 

What you need to be great in this role: 

• Proficient in security protocols, IT systems, networking, and databases. 

• Simultaneously manage multiple projects. 

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create IT solutions. 

• Communicate complex information to non-technical audiences. 

• Troubleshoot technology problems. 

• Deep understanding of computer hardware systems. 

• Familiar with OS, Enterprise, programming languages, and Office software. 

• Awareness of LAN, wireless networks, and security. 

• Skill in project management. 

• Effective communication. 

• Expertise in troubleshooting complex software and hardware issues. 

• Knowledgeable about database and networking security.
