Job Description

The Junior Account Executive will be responsible for managing regional accounts, maximizing sales and market share. Activities include customer visits, strategic analysis, developing action plans, and collaborating with internal teams. The role involves managing medium-complexity clients, ensuring sell-in, sell-out, and market share results. The candidate will participate in business reviews and Joint Business Plans, support the executive team, assist in identifying potential clients, defining approach strategies, planning and executing customer service activities, and managing daily sales indicators. The role also requires visiting clients to identify business opportunities.
Must have:
  • Completed higher education
  • Experience in commercial, sales, trade, or marketing
  • Experience with Cash & Carry clients
  • Solid sales and negotiation knowledge
  • Availability for frequent travel
Good to have:
  • Experience with consumer goods industry
  • Experience in health industry

A/o Executiva(o) de Contas Jr será responsável pela gestão de contas regionais, maximização das vendas e market share. As atividades incluem visitas ao cliente, análise estratégicas, desenvolvimento de planos de ação e colaboração com equipes internas. 

 

O que você vai fazer: 

  • Gerenciar clientes de média complexidade e presença regional, garantindo resultados de sell in, sell out e market share; 

  • Participar das revisões de negócio e Joint Business Plan, suportando o time de executivos; 

  • Suportar a identificação de clientes em potencial e definir estratégias de abordagem; 

  • Planejar e executar atividades de atendimento ao cliente, gerindo indicadores de vendas diários; 

  • Realizar visitas junto ao cliente identificando oportunidade de negócio. 

 

O que você precisa ter: 

  • Ensino superior completo; 

  • Experiência na área comercial, vendas, trade, marketing, ou áreas similares; 

  • Vivência no relacionamento direto com clientes Cash & Carry; 

  • Sólido conhecimento em vendas e negociação; 

  • Desejável experiência com indústria de bens de consumo, preferencialmente de saúde; 

  • Disponibilidade para viagens frequentes.
