Be the subject matter expert (SME) for all fraud-related topics within the company.
Understand all aspects of fraud across the user funnel, identify fraud patterns, and proactively drive solutions with the relevant product and operations teams.
Conduct deep dives to analyze fraud across all stakeholders, including riders, vendors, and customers.
Analyze data and performance metrics to make informed decisions, track progress, and optimize program outcomes.
Build dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for ongoing projects.
Continuously assess and enhance operational processes, identifying areas for improvement and increased efficiency.
Manage program budgets, including cost forecasting and expense control.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on program progress, key performance indicators, and financial results.
Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend and implement innovative solutions that enhance the food delivery business.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product, tech, logistics, commercial, and customer support to ensure alignment and successful execution.
Work with local stakeholders to identify operational blockers, and engage with central teams and other internal stakeholders to drive improvements in overall operational performance.
Own and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for new initiatives or enhancements, providing regular updates to internal teams for better visibility and impact.
Contribute to the development and execution of the Division’s ABCs and OKRs, ensuring alignment with other function heads.
Make critical decisions that support the strategic and tactical direction of the Division.
Measure and track relevant OKRs and metrics to ensure goal achievement and take corrective actions when needed.
Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes to carry out daily work in a controlled and consistent manner.
Contribute to identifying opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices to enhance effectiveness.
