This is a hybrid position within the London team with 2 office days per week on average, you will need to be able to commute to the office in London, be based in the UK and have the right to work here.

As a Production Assistant in our dynamic London Immersive team you'll work directly with Producers, Leads, and Supervisors to manage multiple admin tasks, diaries, data uploads, downloads and be responsible for keeping notes across several areas.
You'll also:
Assist the Production Coordinators and Line Producers in daily tasks.
Assist production and leads with prep for any location-based testing, including materials, equipment and logistics
Help maintain a positive, upbeat and professional production office, being proactive and solution-orientated
Be a point person within the production team and Immersive department
Core Experience
Highly organised and detail-oriented
First-class time management skills
Strong computer skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritise conflicting tasks
Ability to remain calm and confident in a fast-paced environment
An interest in theme park attractions, gaming and Immersive experiences
Some knowledge or understanding of games, visual effects or post production
Desirable Experience
Existing knowledge of Shotgrid, Jira and Confluence
Good knowledge of MS Office packages (including Word, Excel and Project)
Experience in a games background, QA testing or a similar field
Good understanding of common file formats and resolutions
