The Sales Planner will work in partnership with the Sales team to understand client objectives and needs, develop a strong understanding of WebMD media products, assist the Sales team with RFPs and client-facing decks, plan and reserve media, obtain creative/3rd party tags, develop internal relationships and effectively communicate program details to internal operation teams, provide ongoing campaign management to ensure revenue is maximized, and perform analysis & optimizations to ensure proper delivery of contracted goals, program pacing, and reporting. The role requires a proactive, results-oriented individual with strong customer service skills.
