The Senior Director, Industry Sales will lead a team of sales professionals to drive the adoption of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions within a specific industry. Job Details

The Adobe Experience Cloud team is looking for a passionate Senior Director, Industry Sales to play a key role in driving business growth in the Digital Experience space. This is an incredible opportunity for a proven sales leader to drive, own and manage a team of high-performing sales professionals in Australia. You will be responsible for leading a team of Industry Sales professionals focused on driving the adoption of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions within a specific industry vertical and helping to drive our growth strategy and customer success in the market. This role requires strong leadership skills, experience in Digital Transformation, and a proven ability to develop and execute a successful sales strategy. Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and market share. This role requires the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, as well as a deep understanding of the digital landscape and customer needs.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Industry Sales professionals to achieve or exceed revenue targets, and provide guidance in deal strategy, pipeline management, and forecasting.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for a specific industry vertical, aligning with Adobe's overall business strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key executives and decision-makers within target accounts.
  • Drive a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the sales team.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales Operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and optimal execution of sales initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Adobe's products and solutions, including Adobe Experience Cloud.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Accurately forecast sales revenue and pipeline activity.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to sales team members.

What You Need to Succeed

  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, with a focus on digital marketing, digital experience, or related technologies.
  • At least 5+ years of experience leading and managing a high-performing sales team.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of the digital landscape, including customer experience, digital marketing, and e-commerce.
  • Experience working with large enterprise accounts and building relationships with C-level executives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute a successful sales strategy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
