Boomi is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition (AMER) to lead recruiting strategies across North America. The Senior Manager will lead a team of recruiters and sourcers to attract top talent and partner with business leaders. Responsibilities include optimizing recruiting workflows, fostering a culture of high performance, leveraging data, managing contingent workforce strategies, championing TA technology, and driving employer branding initiatives. This role is a player-coach role that will balance hands-on recruiting with strategic leadership. The role is based in Vancouver and reports to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition in the U.S.
Good To Have:
  • Experience hiring for GTM/Sales roles preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Must Have:
  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in SaaS or tech.
  • 2+ years leading and developing a recruiting team, ideally across multiple locations.
  • Deep expertise in Talent Acquisition, with the ability to translate complex market data into actionable hiring strategies.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build trusted partnerships.
  • Strong analytical mindset leveraging data and insights to drive hiring decisions.
  • Passion for recruiting technology and process automation.

Boomi is looking for a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition (AMER) to lead, innovate, and drive excellence in our recruiting strategies across North America. You’ll lead a high-performing team focused on attracting top talent. You’ll partner closely with business leaders to attract and hire world-class talent while ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.

As a player-coach, you will balance hands-on recruiting with high-level strategic leadership, setting the vision for AMER hiring while also rolling up your sleeves when needed. This role reports to our Global Head of Talent Acquisition, based in the U.S.

What You Will Do

  • Lead and develop a high-performing AMER TA team of Recruiters and Sourcers across the U.S. and Canada, setting clear goals, KPIs, and aligning hiring with company growth objectives
  • Optimize recruiting workflows and technology, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and an exceptional candidate experience
  • Foster a culture of high performance, inclusion, and innovation while driving collaboration across TA and business teams
  • Leverage data and analytics to inform decision-making and continuously refine recruiting strategies
  • Manage contingent workforce strategies to support fluctuating hiring needs
  • Champion the use of TA technology, including Generative AI, to enhance sourcing and hiring processes
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to position Boomi as an employer of choice
  • Partner with the Early in Career TA Manager to strengthen university and entry-level hiring programs

 The Experience You Bring

  • Deep expertise in Talent Acquisition, with the ability to translate complex market data into actionable hiring strategies
  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a SaaS or tech-focused organization
  • 2+ years leading and developing a recruiting team, ideally across multiple locations
  • Experience hiring for GTM/Sales roles preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build trusted partnerships with hiring managers, cross-functional partners, and executives
  • Strong analytical mindset—leveraging data and insights to drive hiring decisions
  • Passion for recruiting technology and process automation, with a growth mindset toward AI and efficiency tools
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a track record of building, inspiring, and mentoring teams

Work Location & Flexibility

This hybrid role is based in our beautiful Vancouver office, where we collaborate in-office Tuesday–Thursday, with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays.

Compensation

Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Base compensation for this position in our Vancouver hub ranges from $147,600 - $184,500 CAD annually plus applicable bonus. Final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate's knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
