The Senior Tools Designer will join the team working on their first tactical RPG game, aiming to create an unforgettable experience for players. The responsibilities include conducting research on the current state of tools, designing content tools in collaboration with the UX team, collaborating with internal teams like design, tech art, UI, and art, defining automation tests and ensuring a high-quality standard, working with external parties to identify quality of life improvements, offering technical support, ensuring cross-departmental communication, creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation, and mentoring. The role requires at least 5 years of relevant experience, technical mindset, experience with mod tools, and Unreal Engine experience, a patient communicator, and analytical mindset.
