Job Description

Paytm is seeking a Team Lead for Field Sales in Sonipat, India. The role involves managing city-wide sales enrollments and driving sales performance. Responsibilities include market research to identify prospective customers, leading and motivating the sales team, ensuring consistent market engagement for enrollments and usage, and developing strong networking capabilities for extensive travel. The Team Lead will manage a designated geographic sales area to meet corporate objectives and build a database of key contacts. Building and maintaining client relationships from qualification to closure is also a key aspect of this role.
Must have:
  • Smartphone, Bike & Helmet
  • Zeal for growth
  • Good market knowledge
  • Prior Channel Sales experience
  • Managed a 5-member sales team
  • Understands distribution, expansion, metrics
  • Experience in ensuring team incentives
Good to have:
  • Graduate or above / Post Graduation preferred

Education
Graduate or above / Post Graduation preferred.

Job Descriptions-

 Responsible for the Sales enrollments/Sales in the city.
 Do the market race and prepare the list of prospective customers.
 Handle the Team Members and motivate them for better sales.
 Ensure the team members are in market where enrollments & usage are done regularly.
 Should have good networking capabilities and be willing to travel extensively throughout their specified areas

Key Role:
 
 Manage an assigned geographic sales area to maximize sales target and meet corporate.
 Objectives Build Database of key contact persons in the assigned geography.
 Build and maintain relationships with key client personnel Manage Category leads from qualification to closure.
