As a Wireless Connectivity Product Manager at NXP, you will be at the forefront of engaging product development from concept to market dominance. You will be responsible for competitive intelligence, cross-functional engagement, defining vision, and product leadership. You will gather intelligence from customers and competitors, collaborate with stakeholders, define product requirements, and drive decisions on cost, pricing, and product change management. You'll also contribute to market and product strategies.
Must have:
  • Master's degree in Electronics Engineering or similar.
  • 8-10 years of experience; 5+ years in tech-focused roles.
  • Experience with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and 802.15.4 technologies.
  • Understanding of operating systems such as Linux, Android, and RTOS.
  • Ability to learn market needs and capture requirements.
  • Strong innovative and collaborative mindset.

As our latest Wireless Connectivity Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of engaging product development from concept to market dominance. You will join a diverse team of experienced Product Managers that will provide an open, collaborative, and mentoring environment enabling you with a strong career growth path.

 


Your role:

   Competitive intelligence: Continuously gather valuable intelligence from customers, competitors, and the markets we serve to create competitive and compelling products. As such, you will be the vital connection between cutting-edge technologies and customer needs.

   Cross-functional engagement: Routinely collaborate with key stakeholders in Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain during product lifecycle phases to drive decisions that keep the product competitive.

   Defining vision: Capture product definitions and collaborate with key internal stakeholders to create industry leading solutions.

   Product leadership: Drive decisions on cost, pricing, and product change management. Actively contribute to BL market strategies, product strategies, and long-term product roadmaps. Champion your product by promoting its unique features and values to the markets.

 

Your background:

   Masters degree in Electronics Engineering [or similar]

   8-10 years experience; 5+ years in tech-focused role, e.g., systems engineering, product applications, product marketing

   Experience with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and 802.15.4 technologies

   Understanding of operating systems such as Linux, Android, and RTOS

   Proven ability to learn market needs and capture into a detailed requirements document

   Strong innovative and collaborative mindset

   Hands-on and detail-oriented mentality to drive topics proactively

   Strong communication and presentation skills

The base salary range for this position is as mentioned below per year. We also provide competitive benefits, incentive compensation, and/or equity for certain roles.
Company benefits include health. dental, and vision insurance. 401(k), and paid leave. Please note that the base salary range (OR hourly rate) is a guideline, and individual total compensation may vary based on a number of factors such as qualifications, skill level, work location, and other business and organizational needs. This base pay range is specific to California and is not applicable to other locations. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range as of the date of this posting is:

$164,500 to $226,200 annually
