Job Description

This Account Executive role focuses on expanding Service Cloud sales within the Osaka, Japan area, primarily targeting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Responsibilities encompass strategic planning for sales expansion, client visits, proposals, and contract closures. Collaboration with account management, marketing, inside sales, channel sales, and partner teams is essential. The ideal candidate will clearly communicate value to clients, inspire them with a vision of connecting with customers, and act as a trusted advisor/coach, matching Service Cloud with client needs. Deep expertise in sales processes and CRM is required.
Must have:
  • Application sales experience
  • Problem-solving sales experience
  • Goal-oriented planning experience
  • Lead generation and implementation experience
Good to have:
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Experience as an IT solutions evangelist (speaking engagements)

Role Description:

関西エリアの中小企業を中心とした顧客に対して、「Service Cloud」の拡販に注力していただくポジションです。

担当領域に対する拡販の戦略策定からお客様訪問、提案、契約までの業務をアカウント担当営業部門、マーケティング部門、インサイドセールス部門、チャネルセールス部門、パートナー様と協調しながら推進します。

お客様にバリューを明確に伝え、 " 顧客とつながる企業 " という未来へのインスピレーションを与え、営業販売を行う能力です。トラステッドアドバイザーまたはコーチとして、「Service Cloud」とお客様のニーズをマッチングする上で、営業プロセス、CRM、に関する深い専門性を備えた人物像が求められます。

 

Basic Requirements:

・アプリケーションの営業経験

・課題解決型の提案営業経験

・目標達成のためのプランニング経験

・商談発掘手段を立案、実施する経験

Preferred Requirements: 

・口頭、文面、プレゼンテーションの経験 

・ITソリューションのエヴァンジェリストとして講演等をした経験
