Ceragon Networks, a leading wireless backhaul company, is seeking an Account Sales Representative based in Mexico City. The role involves developing growth strategies focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction, identifying new markets and customer needs, and promoting the company's products/services. Responsibilities include leading sales and business plan preparation, providing competitive intelligence, conducting sales presentations, maintaining sales records, providing forecasts, staying current on industry trends, leading collaborations, promoting products to meet customer needs, working with Product Line Management, managing sales cycle activities, and building customer relationships. This role is responsible for customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle, from marketing to collection.

  • Promote company products to address client objectives.
  • Lead preparation of sales and business plans.

This position will be based in Mexico City, Mexico.

 Responsibilities:

·      Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.

·      Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.

·      Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.

·      Lead the preparation of sales plans, business plans and product development plans to meet sales targets and objectives.

·      Provide constructive and meaningful intelligence on the competition, customer requirements, market trends and product features to the

·      Conduct sales presentations and participate in industry trade shows.

·      Maintain up-to-date and accurate sales records utilizing Sales Force to provide business information in support of accounting activities.

·      Provide accurate and timely forecasts to management.

·      Maintain technical/product proficiency, competitive knowledge, and industry trends.

·      Lead new collaborations as well as maintain strategic contact with existing customer regarding the use of company products and services.

·      Analyze existing requirements and anticipated customer demands and promote the consideration of the company’s products and services to fill.

·      Work closely with Product Line Management and stay current on new products and other information of interest to customers.

·      Manage “cross-functional” activities involved in the sales cycle such as pre-sales, services, customer support and finance.

·      Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

·  Responsible for Customer Satisfaction of the named account(s) through the entire Sales Cycle from marketing, sales, delivery, installation & Commissioning, invoicing, and collection.
