Job Description 

  • Manage collections for internal customers (countries, clusters, business units) 

  • Analyze customer trends, required payments, and resolve disputes. 

  • Align processes with internal teams (cash applications, invoicing, disputes management, sales, etc.) to ensure timely resolution of customer queries and issues. 

  • Maintain close contact with customers via outbound telephone calls and other forms of communication to manage queries, requests, disputes, etc. 

  • Identify potential risks on customer accounts and create action plans to mitigate those risks. 

Who we are looking for: 

  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B collections and/or order-to-cash processes 

  • Strong experience using SAP 

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service in call centers and/or as BPO (business process outsourcing) is preferred 

  • English language proficiency: Basic-Intermediate level (both oral and written) 

  • Academic background in Finance, Accounting, commercial degrees, or related fields 

  • Proficient in MS Excel
