Job Description

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of Enterprise clients, driving revenue and margin growth. This includes setting sales goals, developing sales strategies, researching prospects, generating leads, and managing the sales process. You will also handle customer inquiries, prepare proposals, and maintain the CRM database. The role involves meeting sales targets and participating in team meetings. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Must have:
  • Experience with Mid-Market and Enterprise customers.
  • Experience in solution sales, meeting customer needs.
  • Exceptional verbal and presentation communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills at senior level.

Job summary:

With a heavy organic growth orientation, the Business Development Manager will be the primary individual responsible for the overall success of one or more of our Enterprise clients, including end-to-end ownership of client’s revenue and margin growth. The position will drive the Strategic Account strategy collaborating with all of the resources required to succeed.

Your role in our mission:

  • Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.

  • Researching prospects and generating leads.

  • Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.

  • Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.

  • Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.

  • Managing the sales process through specific software programs.

  • Building and maintaining a CRM database.

  • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

  • Participating in sales team meetings.

Valued skills and experience:

  • A strong track record in working with Mid-Market and Enterprise customers

  • Significant experience in solution sales, with the ability to design and deliver solutions that meet customer needs.

  • Exceptional Communication - verbal, and presentation skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, especially at the senior level.

  • A solid understanding of the global business environment.

  • Experience in selling complex solutions to large organizations.

  • A proven ability to establish and maintain relationships at the C-level.
