CyberArk is seeking a Channel Account Manager focused on the CDW partner relationship for the Commercial line of business in North America. The role involves developing and executing sales objectives, managing daily sales relationships, and representing CyberArk in business development, marketing, and sales within the CDW partner framework. Responsibilities include managing relationships in a matrixed environment, developing measurable goals for partner productivity, participating in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with actionable items, leveraging executive relationships, and achieving revenue targets for reseller partners. The role also involves recruiting, training, and enabling reseller sellers, with a focus on the North American market, and collaborating with product managers.
Must have:

The Channel Manager- CDW partner role is responsible for developing and accomplishing sales objectives by managing DMR partner relationship from within our named partner framework of CDW for the specific branches and sellers calling on North America. This entails working on a channel sales team with a focus on building out the Commerical line of business mapping to CDW’s Territory Teams.  The successful candidate will manage daily sales relationships and represent CyberArk in all aspects of business development, marketing, and sales within the DMR partners named.

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Managing relationships in a highly leverage, matrixed environment
  • Develop goals that are measurable and drive productivity within our partners
  • Participating in impactful QBRs with meaningful and measurable action items, as well as follow-up.
  • Leverage executive level relationships within the various partners
  • Achieving revenue targets and goals for the AMS business units of our DMR reseller partners
  • Developing and executing partner plan with targets and goals, aligned with Americas BU goals
  • Recruiting, training, and enabling DMR reseller sellers with the focus on North American business
  • Working closely with C3 eco-system product managers

  • Successful sales experience with CDW doing business in US and Canada and 2 tier distribution environment
  • Proven track record of successful product management within a channel sales motion
  • Knowledge of virtualization technology and leverage within a channel sales motion
  • Ability to adapt to changes in roles and responsibilities
  • Ability to work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment; must be a high-energy, motivated self-starter
  • Analytical thinker with proven ability to metric and govern
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of security technology, experience with Identity Security is a plus
  • Bachelor degree and/or equivalent years of experience
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time within North America and Canada

The salary range for this position is $104,000 – $137,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus, which will be based on the employee’s performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits.
