Well, what about the team?

The Strategic Growth team is a hub of industry knowledge and intelligence; always looking to identify opportunities for new markets, products and new revenue streams as well as optimising existing commercial relationships. We work closely with a number of teams across the business, including Product Operations who manage all 3rd party content, Legal for all contractual work and Insights (BI) to help define & deliver Bally’s strategic goals. This central position within the business, and our core responsibility to maintain excellent relationships with external partners, means that strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude are a must for success.

So, what will you be doing?

• All Content contract ownership: New agreements, novations, terminations, amendments...

• Identify and engage with new partners in line with organisation's strategic goals to deliver expected impact on the top and bottom lines

• Commercial Account Management of key partners: overview and coordination of all ongoing projects, monitoring of provider’s performance, MGs, marketing commitments etc (technical, marketing, BD etc)

• Keep abreast of providers strategies, obtain an understanding of other operator strategies and objectives for relevant proposals, while shaping deals for maximum financial and strategic benefit

• Work closely with Insight and Finance teams for invoice reconciliation, approvals and audits

• Work with Product, Compliance, Security, Privacy and Legal teams for all providers onboarding process

• Develop a network of contacts, attend external influencing events, and become active within our major trade associations and representative bodies, further to develop Real Group’s profile and standing in its markets and amongst policy influencers, in the UK and international

•  Relationship management and networking skills
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills as well as strong attention to detail
• Experience of working commercially in Gambling industry: operator or vendor

• A strong understanding of contracts: liabilities, SLA, etc
