The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field, with over 2 years of experience in a communications or content coordination role.
Must have:
  • Develop, edit, and distribute written content
  • Assist in planning and executing communication strategies
  • Coordinate cross-functional communication
  • Prepare press materials and company updates
  • Track and analyze communication performance
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in communications
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

  • Develop, edit, and distribute written content including newsletters, reports, and announcements

  • Assist in planning and executing communication strategies and campaigns

  • Maintain communication calendars, project timelines, and internal documentation

  • Coordinate cross-functional communication between departments and leadership

  • Prepare press materials, company updates, and speaking points for events and meetings

  • Track and analyze communication performance to improve effectiveness

  • Support leadership with presentations, briefs, and internal messaging

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field

  • 2+ years of experience in a communications or content coordination role

  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills

  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities

  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic familiarity with content management systems
