Content Operations Specialist (UGC and Potential Creators)

Lemon8 aims to inspire the community in a number of categories, including parenting, food, fashion, beauty, skin care, travel and more. People can share photos and videos as well as engage with one another through features such as likes, comments and sharing. Lemon8 is currently available on iPhone and Android in USA, UK, Japan, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia and Vietnam. We’re looking for a highly executional and data-savvy Content Operations Specialist to help drive content growth and support creators on our platform. This role focuses on scaling content output, supporting lifestyle content verticals, designing visuals, message planning, and directly engaging with creators to improve content quality and engagement. You’ll design your creative input to launch in-app campaigns, optimize creator touchpoints, and contribute to a feedback loop that shapes both content strategy and product experience. Responsibilities: - Drive publish rate across the platform through campaigns and strategic content planning - Support lifestyle content verticals and guide content direction through themed topics and creative prompts - Work closely with up-and-coming creators: provide topic ideas, conduct interviews/training, and gather feedback - Drive the execution of in-app content surfacing tools such as hashtags, pop-ups, and guided topic modules to boost UGC visibility - Monitor content performance metrics and act on insights to optimize creator engagement and publish rate

Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree from any major - At least 2 years of experience in content operation, creator community, or social/content tech platforms - Excellent execution and project ownership skills; able to move fast and get things done - Data-oriented mindset; use numbers to make decisions and refine your approach - Fluency in English (both verbal & written) Preferred Qualifications: - Strong communicator with a passion for content, creators, and internet culture - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment - An accountable team player, adaptive with changes
