TemperaturePro, a heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) franchise, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver outstanding customer experiences. Key responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, providing product knowledge, collaborating to resolve issues, and contributing to team goals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work independently and as part of a team. The role requires availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide outstanding service to our customers, assist with inquiries, and resolve issues promptly and efficiently. If you have a passion for helping others and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate assistance.

- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues.

- Contribute to the achievement of team goals and performance metrics.

- Assist in training new team members as needed.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelors degree preferred.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Proficient in using computers and customer service software.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
