Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Jersey City, NJ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent support to our clients, resolving inquiries efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction with every interaction. This is a full-time position offering a collaborative work environment and opportunities for career advancement.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and support tickets in a timely and professional manner
Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex cases as needed
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues
Follow up with clients to ensure resolution and satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams to improve support processes and customer experience
Stay up to date with product knowledge and company updates
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus
Previous experience in customer support, help desk, or a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Comfortable with basic technology and software tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
