Job Description for Offline Sales Executives (Insurance)
Position: Field Sales Representative
Location: PAN India
Experience: 1-3 years in sales, preferably in the insurance industry
Employment Type: Full-time
Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance agents, acting as their primary point of contact.
2. Identify, approach, and onboard potential insurance agents to grow the business network.
3. Conduct field visits to engage with insurance agents, explain product benefits, and provide necessary support.
4. Ensure regular communication and updates to agents about new products, services, and offers.
5. Meet sales targets by leveraging strong relationships and providing strategic support to agents.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to address queries from agents and ensure efficient operations.
7. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, agent interactions, and progress updates.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with insurance agents.
3. Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a field-sales role.
4. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region to meet agents.
