Job Description
This role involves managing production progress by coordinating with directors and team members, adjusting assignments, and creating and overseeing schedules. You will assess task man-hours to ensure smooth project completion and boost team morale. Key duties include managing production progress, scheduling, internal/external resource coordination, information sharing with creators, and quality control in collaboration with leaders.
Must have:
- Production progress management for deliverables
- Schedule planning and management
- Internal and external man-hour adjustment and liaison
- Information sharing with creators
- Quality control and assignment adjustment of deliverables
Good to have:
- Experience in production progress management
- Experience in the VTuber industry
- Knowledge of CG operations
- Ability to actively communicate with teammates
- Ability to grasp situations and act proactively before problems arise
- Agility to respond flexibly to emergencies
- Ability to understand and summarize necessary information from data
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new things
